• We do not provide emergency services. In case of emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

• Our practice reserves the right to refuse service when medically appropriate or when there are safety concerns.

Scheduling Appointments

Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or in person during office hours.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule appointments. To help us serve all patients effectively:

• Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
• Multiple missed appointments without cancellation may result in limitations on future scheduling.

We make reminder calls or messages 1-2 days before your appointment, but ultimately it is your responsibility to remember your scheduled appointment time.
